Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Esim T&T Services. By engaging our tutoring or translation services, you agree to the following business terms:

1. English Tutoring & Payments:
Private tutoring sessions are charged at £40.00 per lesson. To secure your schedule, lessons are purchased in advance in prepaid blocks of 5 lessons (£200.00 per block).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that schedules can change. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.

3. Translation Services & Pricing:
Quotes for document translation are provided based on word count, complexity, and urgency. Our standard pricing structure is as follows:

• Standard Translation: Rates typically range from £0.09 to £0.13 per word, depending on the technicality of the text.

• Certified & Official Documents: Standard official documents (e.g., birth/marriage certificates, bank statements for UK visa applications) are charged at a flat rate starting from £40.00 per document/page.

• Minimum Charge: A minimum fee of £35.00 applies to all translation projects.
